Phase 1 - Foundations
Builds the foundations of functional independence through structured skill development. Participants develop communication, teamwork and personal responsibility within a supported learning environment.

Phase 2 – Survival
Develops practical problem-solving and decision-making through progressive survival training. Participants strengthen confidence, resilience and independence within a supported learning environment.

Phase 3 – Bushcraft
Expands practical life skills through advanced bushcraft and leadership tasks. Participants build planning, responsibility and self-management within a supported learning environment.

Phase 4 - Leadership
Consolidates functional capacity through participant-led leadership experiences. Participants demonstrate independence, communication and decision-making within a supported learning environment.

MLX - ELITE
An advanced capacity-building program that develops technical leadership and outdoor competency through instructor-led training. Participants strengthen decision-making, responsibility and independent problem-solving within a structured learning environment.
